~im born with eczema~

For those who had no idea what eczema is...let me tell u...there a story behind it...huhu
*inhale...exhale* ok im ready...1````2```3 get set ..GO!!!
What is atopic eczema?

Eczema is sometimes called dermatitis which means inflammation of the skin. There are different types of eczema. The most common type is atopic eczema. In this type of eczema there is a typical pattern of skin inflammation which causes the symptoms.

The word atopic describes people with certain allergic tendencies. However, atopic eczema is not just a simple allergic condition. People with atopic eczema have an increased chance of developing other atopic conditions, such as asthma and hay fever.
What are the symptoms of atopic eczema?
  • The skin usually feels dry. (kering sgt smpi slalu mglupas tau..sian kat i)
  • Some skin become red and inflamed (elbows and wrists, backs of knees, and around the neck).
  • Inflamed skin is itchy. If you scratch a lot it may cause patches of skin to become thickened.(pedih bila mandi..sob sob)
  • Sometimes the inflamed areas of skin become blistered and weep.
  • Sometimes inflamed areas of skin become infected (pernah mase skola asrma penuh, prep dlm bilik je sbb xthn wooo...bdn gatal2..tp xtau nk garu kt mana...its like gatal darah..mcm beruk mak yeh daa..haha)
Who has atopic eczema?
Most children under the age of five years. About 1 in 6 schoolchildren has some degree of atopic eczema. About 1 in 20 adults has atopic eczema.
*abah darah B, mmg kturunan dari dia..anak abah katakan..idung pon xbpe nk mancung..hehe..abah mmg kulit snsitif..dpt la ke ank dara dia ngn ank bgsu dia..errr nk tukar abah boleh? DUSH3...jgn jadi ank derhaka la! hehe..gurau je..)
What is the usual treatment for atopic eczema?
  • Avoid soaps, bubble baths, etc, when you wash. They can dry out the skin and make it more prone to irritation. (xbleh pakai sabun smbarangan..mmg kne jage la i ni btol2 sape2 yg jadi suami i nnti..hehe..stkt pakai sabun cikai2...oh, nnti my skin rushes...yezzaa..nk yg mahal2 tau)
  • Avoid biological washing powders and fabric conditioners. *pesanan penaja, lau nmpak i slalu basuh mesin tu...tak pun rendam baju dlm baldi n pijak2 pakai kaki alaa mcm korea slalu buat tu...jgn tkejut..mmg tgn i xbleh kne sabun..tmbh2 sabun debu..oh..nnti xsmpi 5 min ...my hand jadi mcm swollen u know...mcm ubi daa)
  • Try not to scratch (keep nails short ) (lau part ni, mmg kecik2 mcm beruk mak yeh..tgaru sane..tgaru sini..bdn abes parut2..tp skrg dh jd anak dara...ishhh kne jage la..lau x kurang wang hntaran nnti...ngeh3...)
  • Wear cotton clothes next to skin rather than irritating fabrics such as wool. (mmg baju lau slalu tgk i pakai yg nipis2, jgn la kate seksi plak...mmg i xbleh nk pki yg tebal2 ni tp kdg2 demi fesyen katakan, BEDAL je lah labu.....mula la bpeluh, nnti berbalam2 bdn i..sukan pn xbleh sgt..nnti bpluh..irritate my skin u knoww...i kn anak dara..kne la jage..hehe)
  • Avoid getting too hot or too cold as extremes of temperature can irritate the skin.(setuju.......klu panas sgt..i mmg xbleh..so nnti nk honeymoon, abg kne bwk syg g tmpt sejuk2 jee....hehe..bkn demand, tp syg bini..nnti kulit merah2 naik ruam)lalalalaalall~~~~~
  • After you wash clothes with detergent, rinse them well. Some biological detergents are said by some people to be irritating. (kdg2 basuh mesin, bila pakai...terasa renyam2 kt bdn..tula.....leceh kn jadi pesakit eczema ni....sume nk kne bersih btol2)
